New Technical Support Working hours
We wanted to inform you of an adjustment to our Technical Support telephone working hours effective 15th of April 2024. Our new working hours for new support inquiries will be be 9:00am- 4:00pm.
This decision has been made in order to give the technical support team time to close current enquiries of the day before taking on new requests. New requests can still be made through the online ticketing system: support@sensoraccess.co.uk We understand that this change may impact your schedules, and we appreciate your flexibility and understanding during this transition.
