About
The GuardPoint moblie system is a very versatile solution used in conjunction with GuardPoint Pro access Control system to allow extra funations making the whole solution more complete. There are two options for GuardPoint Moblie:
Moblie Verification:
This option is used to acknowledge that the card is valid during spot checks to make sure that the cardholder has the right authority to enter the facility or the right licensing to operate certain machinery. This ideal where the site is rotating and it is not possible to have fixed readers. This can also be used to log staff in and out of site and out where all the transactions are stored in the unit as soon as the unit can reach WIFI cover area, it will send all the transaction to the access control server.
Emergency Mustering:
This is an incredibly simple solution which enables remote verification of staff in the case of an emergency. The Moblie Unit will synchronise with the GuardPoint Pro database which will feed the unit the details of the card holders expected inside the building. The Moblie unit is then taken to the fire assembly point where the users can pass their cards to register their presence .Their names are then ticked off the list to provide the missing list.
