Sensor Access Returns Procedure

RMA requests must be agreed with our Technical Support department, and made within the warranty period. Out of warranty repairs will be billed at 50 pound per hour (minimum 1 hour) labour charge plus the cost of parts.

RMA numbers must be obtained before any products can be returned; any item sent without a valid RMA number will be rejected or sent back.

RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date issued. If the products are not returned in 30 days from the date issued, a new RMA number is required for the return.

All returned products must be sent in their original or equivalent package, and must be protected from damage during transit.

The RMA form and/or number must be clearly marked on the packaged item.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return products back to Sensor Access. Sensor Access is responsible for the return shipment to the customer only if unit is faulty and is still under warranty. For out of warranty items the customer is responsible for postage charges for both returning products back to Sensor Access and the return from Sensor Access to the customer.

If any returned products are determined to have been abused or misused, Sensor Access will provide the customer with a quotation for repair or the goods will be sent back without repair.

If no problems are found with any returned product(s), product(s) will be returned back to customer.

Warranty will be voided for any of the following reasons

1. Warranty expiration.

2. Removal of the serial number or anti-tampering labels.

3. Mishandling, tampering, improper use, or abuse of the product.

4. Improper or inadequate packing causing damage during return.
